Rob Does 'Go Out' with Kristen

So I asked some of my UK Twitter followers if 'going out' in UK also means 'dating' and I wasn't disappointed. It means the same thing. When an English guy, let's say the name is Rob, say that he 'goes out' with a girl, let's say the girl's name is Kristen, it means that they are DATING. So, did Rob just out KPattz?(a.k.a. Robsten (so overrated)) He must've added a Failcob joke after that but considering that they were spotted holding hands this 'joke' is certainly not something to downplay rumors. I'm just saying.
