Breaking Dawn 'Rumor' (Spoiler Alert)

It'll probably be a plus if you're planning to trick someone with Y chromosome to watch Breaking Dawn 1 with you.

The scene will be the final confrontation between the Cullen clan, who are joined by the Quileute wolf pack and their friends, and the Volturi. The scene, most of which is taken directly from the novel, has been extended to include several physical fights. It is expected that many Twilight fans will be flocking to Louisiana when the studio begins filming in the area; which is why the exact area the production team has decided on is being kept tightly under wrap.

The Official Denali Coven

Denali clan cast for 'Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn' (exclusive)

Twihards, take note: The vampire coven known as the Denali clan has been cast for Summit’s “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn,” which is being adapted into two movies to be directed by Bill Condon.

MyAnna Buring -- the star of “The Descent” who had her own coven in “Lesbian Vampire Killers” -- Mia Maestro and Casey LaBow are the female members of the undead family. Christian Camargo is the patriarch.

Buring and LaBow will join the recently cast Maggie Grace as a trio of Russian vampire sisters of the Denali coven. Buring is playing Tanya, a rival to Kristen Stewart’s Bella for the attention of Edward (Rob Pattinson), while LaBow will play Kate, who has the ability to produce an electric current that can shock opponents. (Grace is playing villainous Irina.)

Maestro portrays Carmen and Camargo is Eleazar, the two Spanish heads of the coven, which in the “Twilight” universe is the only other non-human-feeding vampire clan besides the the Cullen clan.

A November start is being prepped.

The first of the “Breaking Dawn” movies is slated to be released in theaters Nov. 18, 2011, with the second one coming Nov. 16, 2012.
Buring, repped by Ken McReddie Associates and Elevate Entertainment, also appeared in Neil Marshall’s “Doomsday” and was featured in Edgar Wright’s fake trailer “Don’t,” which was part of Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino’s film “Grindhouse.”

Maestro, repped by ICM and Tavistock Wood Management, is best known for her work on “Alias.”
LaBow, who has appeared in “CSI: NY” and an episode of the short-lived vampire TV show “Moonlight,” is repped by IFA Talent.

Camargo, repped by Innovative Artists, may be best known for playing a serial killer on Showtime’s “Dexter.”

Breaking Dawn 1 is set to start pre-production this month and start filming November. Now, it is safe to say that Twilight craziness has finally resumed.

Who is Renesmee?

It’s a big day for Twihards. First Maggie Grace signs on to play Irina. Now EW.com has learned that little 9-year old Mackenzie Foy is inches away from signing on to play Renesmee, Edward and Bella’s vampire/human love child that’s a central role in the final installment of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.

It’s not yet clear how the diminutive actress, who’s appeared in one episode each of television shows FlashForward and ‘Til Death, will portray the character who ages a full 17 years in only seven. Sources have suggested that director Bill Condon will employ similar digital effects to those used by David Fincher in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, where Foy’s face would be digitally transferred onto the face of a younger child. It’s also probable that the studio will hire a younger child in some capacity, too.

Summit Entertainment is remaining mum on the issue. But to see Foy’s angelic face, which could very well be the offspring of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, check out her website -> http://www.mackenziefoy.com/

New Cast of Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn

EXCLUSIVE: Maggie Grace will play a new vampire threat to Kristin Stewart's Bella in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. Grace, who played Liam Neeson's in-distress daughter in Taken, will play the role of Irina in the final installments of the Stephenie Meyer novel, which director Bill Condon is directing in two separate films.

Irina is a member of the Denali coven, considered cousins to the Cullen clan as the only other "vegetarian" vampire group. When Irina blames the Cullens for the death of her lover, her actions set in motion a terrifying chain of events. The first of two pictures will be released by Summit Entertainment on November 18, 2011, followed by the finale on November 16, 2012. Melissa Rosenberg is writing both scripts, and Wyck Godfrey, Karen Rosenfelt and Meyer are producing. Grace just completed the Dwayne Johnson-starrer Faster for CBS Pictures and re-teamed with Taken producer Luc Besson in Lockout, the outer space saga that stars Guy Pearce as a wrongly convicted man offered his freedom if he can rescue the president's daughter (Grace) from an outer space prison taken over by violent inmates. Grace is also waiting to reprise in Taken 2. She is repped by UTA and Global Creative.
